Refund and Return Policy

EVRYDAY sells nutrition products. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible cases

  • Damaged product received.
  • Wrong product or wrong variant delivered.
  • Product missing from the order.
  • Sealed and unopened product return requested within 7 days of delivery.

Not eligible

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products without original packaging, seals, labels, or invoice details.
  • Taste preference after opening.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels not operated by EVRYDAY.

To request support, contact us at store@wtfevryday.com with your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and delivery photos where relevant. Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-provider timelines.
