These terms govern the purchase and use of EVRYDAY gift cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these terms. EVRYDAY is a brand of Witness The Fitness Private Limited (CIN: U74999UP2021PTC150280).

1Purchase & Value

• Gift Cards are available for a custom amount of your choice and are issued electronically to the email or phone number provided at purchase.
• Gift Cards are issued in Indian Rupees and can be used towards eligible purchases on www.wtfevryday.com and at participating WTF gyms.

2Redemption

• To redeem, enter the Gift Card code at checkout. The Gift Card value will be applied to your order total, inclusive of taxes and shipping where applicable.
• If your order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any other available payment method.
• If your order value is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance stays on the Gift Card for future use until expiry.
• More than one Gift Card may be applied to a single order, subject to checkout limits.

3Validity

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different period is stated at the time of purchase or required by law. Any unused balance expires at the end of the validity period; please check the balance shown in your account before it lapses.

4Restrictions

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold except as permitted by us.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift Cards can be combined with other coupons, offers or promotions, as indicated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of a Gift Card or code. Please treat your Gift Card code like cash.

5Orders Paid With a Gift Card; Refunds

If an order paid (wholly or partly) with a Gift Card is cancelled or returned in line with our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, the Gift Card portion of the refund will be credited back as store credit or to the original Gift Card, and any balance paid by another method will be refunded to that method.

6Fraud & Misuse

We may deactivate a Gift Card, withhold its value, or refuse redemption where we detect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms or applicable law.

7General

• We may modify these terms or discontinue Gift Cards at any time, with or without notice; the terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that Gift Card.
• These terms are read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Governed by the laws of India; the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
